As part of the annual maintenance shutdown of a paper production facility, our team successfully carried out the renovation of a heat exchanger dating back to 1953. This project combined technical expertise, respect for the original design, and optimization of customer equipment availability.
Design and Manufacturing of a 475-liter Stainless Steel Accumulator for a Lubrication Unit
As part of the NFS BOG QatarGas project, a 475-liter stainless steel accumulator was designed and manufactured for a demanding industrial application: integration into a lubrication unit. This accumulator, produced according to the highest international standards, combines mechanical robustness, enhanced corrosion resistance, and full regulatory compliance, including the ASME VIII Div. 1 U-Designator Certification Mark and National Board registration.
Manufacture of a Stainless Steel 304/304L Lubrication Oil Skid
OELTECHNIK-France, a specialist in the design and manufacture of custom industrial skids, has made the design and production of a lubrication oil skid intended for an industrial installation in Taiwan.
This international project highlights our expertise in mechanical engineering and our ability to meet the most stringent technical and quality requirements.
Lubrication Unit for an LNG Tank in Skikda (Algeria)
As part of the construction of a new Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) storage tank on the Skikda site, we took part in this major project by providing the lubrication unit, in full compliance with the requirements of the ARH (Hydrocarbons Regulatory Authority).
The lubrication unit, with overall dimensions of 7500 x 2950 x 4692 mm and a total weight of 11.18 tons, was designed according to API 614 – Part 2, which defines the design and performance requirements for lubrication and control systems used with rotating equipment in the oil and gas industry.
This ensures high reliability, operational safety, and ease of maintenance.
Design and Manufacturing of 4 Batches of Gas Heat Exchangers with U-Tube Bundles
This large-scale project concerns the design and manufacturing of four batches of gas heat exchangers (12 units in total) equipped with U-tube bundles, intended for an industrial facility in Taiwan. This equipment required a rigorous technical approach combining advanced engineering, specialized calculations, and precision manufacturing according to the most demanding international standards.
The challenge began at the design stage, as it was necessary to create 4 similar designs but for 4 different types of equipment, within a very tight deadline.
